Since the completion of our 200th home in the beaches late last year, the excitement and momentum continues to build. We will complete two of our subdivisions by year’s end: the 32-home Haywood Estates and the 18-home Scheidel Court. This will bring our total home count since 1991 to 215! We’ll then move on to Huang Villas to complete 10 new homes and continue building on scattered sites in both Atlantic and Jacksonville Beach.
We are currently looking to expand the families we help through the Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative which would include rehabs, weatherization improvements as well as exterior painting and repairs for homeowners in our community. Check back for more information soon!
