By giving to Beaches Habitat, you are not only showing your support for the affordable housing cause in the Jacksonville Beaches – you are helping a family in need. Together we can eliminate substandard housing in the Beaches community.
We raise all our funds locally and receive no funding from Habitat for Humanity International. In fact, we support the efforts of Habitat for Humanity International by tithing 10% of all donations to our sister affiliate in Costa Rica, unless the donation is restricted to be used in the Beaches area.
Donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law and will be acknowledged with a letter you may use for those purposes. Gifts made online are safe and secure and will be put to good use by Habitat. We take our responsibility to our contributors seriously, to be wise stewards of the funds entrusted to us.

If you wish to donate any building materials, please call in advance of you dropping off any item (due to limited storage space and changing materials needs, it is critical that you call Beaches Habitat for verification of the need for the material).

Land
As the Beaches area continues to grow, securing land for Beaches Habitat home projects becomes more challenging. If you are aware of a parcel of land in the area that may be available, we’d like to talk to you!
Beaches Habitat for Humanity purchases land at appraised fair value, and always welcomes land donated to the cause of eliminating poverty housing. If you know of property that may be available, or if you would like to speak to us about the sale of your property, please contact us.

Stock and Bond Gifts
A charitable gift of stocks or bonds provides an opportunity for tax savings while generously sharing with others. A gift of stock owned for more than one year entitles you to a charitable deduction for the full market value at the time the gift is made. If the stock has appreciated, you also avoid a capital gains tax on the appreciation.
