What is CEO Build?

CEO Build is a powerful opportunity for local executives and business leaders to trade their desks for hard hats – if only for a day. Leaders from across the Jacksonville Beaches community will come together on the build site to raise walls, strengthen connections, and show their shared commitment to affordable housing and a thriving local economy.

Why CEO Build?

In our community, 1 in 5 families must choose between paying for a safe home or essentials like groceries, healthcare, or transportation. CEO Build gives business leaders the chance to take action, helping create stability for a local family while setting an example of service and collaboration that inspires others.

How Does it Work?

Build with other leaders
On February 27, local executives will build side by side, making a visible impact and sharing in an unforgettable morning of leadership and service.
Bring your team
After the event, participating leaders can select a future date to return with their own team for a build day - continuing the impact, one company at a time.
Sponsor the home
CEO Build sponsors help build homes and earn recognition for their company’s commitment to affordable housing.
No experience required
We’ll provide the tools and training; you bring your leadership and enthusiasm.

All CEO Build Day attendees will enjoy a dedicated morning of networking and hands-on volunteering. The experience includes breakfast, lunch, a CEO Build shirt, and a CEO Build hard hat, along with a group photo and recognition in event publicity.
