Effective December 1, 2020, TIAA will no longer accept Maintenance Escrow or Homeowner Association Assessments with your monthly mortgage payment. Letters with further explanation were mailed to your residence on November 18, 2020.

Up to 5 years

To make a one-time payment:

Select your Homeowner Association from the list below to register for an account. If you have already registered, use the button below the list to log-in and make a payment.

New loan servicing experience

Your payments stay the same, but where you send them will change.

As of March 9, 2021 - or March 12, 2021 if you're set up for Auto Draft - the servicing of your mortgage loan will be transferred to LoanCare, LLC.

  • This transfer doesn't affect any of the terms or conditions of your mortgage loan agreement other than terms directly related to the servicing of your account
  • Your payment due date will not change
  • You WILL receive a new loan number

To help ensure a smooth transition:

  • Access the TIAA Bank-LoanCare website, TIAABank.MyLoanCare.com, to receive your new monthly billing statement and instructions from LoanCare.
  • Be sure to review your auto draft and bill payment information, because these services will be impacted by the transfer. If you don't currently use bill pay or automatic drafting, you can set that up after the transfer.
    • Bill Payment Services – You must contact your bill payment service provider and update both the loan number and address where your payments are sent. Please review your transfer notice for this information.
    • Automatic Drafting – If your payment is set up to automatically draft from your account on or after the transfer date, LoanCare will continue drafting it from that same account. The first draft may be delayed until the 15th of the month, but it will not result in any late charges or negative impacts to your credit. Normal drafting will resume the next month.
