• It cost about $50,000 on average, in material and subcontract costs to erect a Beaches Habitat home (excluding land cost).
•Volunteers provide 1,400 hours of labor to build each Habitat home.
•Beaches Habitat along with volunteers provide all the labor required to build a home, excluding concrete, plumbing, HVAC and drywall.
•Your donation, no matter how large or small, will be put to good use building homes, communities and futures for families in need of decent and affordable housing.
