Women Build Week 2026 is Almost Here
Women Build Week 2026 is almost here, and we are excited to welcome volunteers, sponsors, and supporters to one of the most inspiring weeks of the year at Beaches Habitat for Humanity.
From March 24 through March 28, Women Build Week will bring together community, hands-on service, and meaningful support for affordable housing at Coastal Haven, our newest neighborhood in Atlantic Beach. Whether you want to volunteer on the build site, sponsor a build day, or show your support through official Women Build merchandise, now is the time to get involved.

Women Build Week merchandise is available now in limited quantities. These items are a fun way to show your support while helping raise funds for Women Build Week 2026.
What is Women Build?
Women Build creates opportunities for women to build, lead and learn together on the construction site while supporting safe, affordable homeownership in our community.
At Beaches Habitat, Women Build is part of a full-home build, from the slab to the finishing touches, with volunteers working together to help make homeownership possible for a local family.
Quick Facts
- No prior construction experience is required
- Volunteers age 16 and older are welcome
- Staff and trained leaders guide volunteers every step of the way

Why Women Build Matters
Women Build exists because housing challenges affect women and families in significant ways across our community. Women Build is about women supporting women and coming together to help create safe, stable homes where children and families can thrive.

Join us for a special week of themed build days! Dress-up is optional, but encouraged!
March 24
Tropical Tuesday:
Break out the bright colors and island vibes! Wear Hawaiian prints or tropical-inspired outfits as we bring a little sunshine and fun to the build site.
March 25
On Wednesdays We Wear Pink:
Show your Women Build pride by wearing pink! It’s a day to celebrate women supporting women, on the build site and beyond.
March 26
Habitat Colors Thursday:
Wear blue or green to show your support for Habitat and Women Build. No official gear needed, just come dressed to build.
March 27
Rosie the Riveter Friday:
Channel your inner Rosie! Overalls, bandanas, denim, and bold confidence are encouraged as we honor the strength and determination of women builders.
March 28
Women Build Saturday:
Wear your Women Build shirt with pride as we close out the week together. It’s a celebration of community, commitment, and the impact we’ve made - together.
Featuring Kona Ice:
Enjoy a complimentary shaved ice at snack break to celebrate Tropical Tuesday! After the build day, Yoga Den Jax will host a relaxing wind-down yoga session to help you stretch, recharge, and celebrate a great day on site.
Featuring Millie’s Ice Cream Truck:
Our favorite pink ice cream truck will roll in during snack break serving complimentary ice cream to keep the Women Build energy going strong.
Featuring Break Coffee Cart:
Start your morning right with complimentary coffee from Break Coffee Cart before we get the day started on site.
Featuring Champagne and Charcuterie:
Stop by their flower bar to build your own bouquet and take home a little something beautiful to celebrate a week of strong women building strong homes.
Featuring Habit Burger:
Celebrate the final day of Women Build with lunch provided by Habit Burger after the build day. A perfect way to wrap up a week of building, teamwork, and community.
